Don’t you hate that? We do too. We'd rather you didn't walk away. With our simple table of fair shipping rates you'll experience no surprises, no padded profit margins. Our shipping rates reflect our costs to send you well-packaged goods in a timely manner.
FREE SHIPPING ON CURTAINS: Our Free Shipping Everyday on Curtains applies only to the curtains in your order. When products are added to your cart from another category, shipping will be applied according to the cost of those items. Shipping is calculated on your order total, but your total never includes the cost of your curtains.
TO RETURN CURTAINS THAT ORIGINALLY SHIPPED FREE: If your curtains did not work out the way you had hoped, please send them back to our Appleton store (144 Mall Drive, Appleton, WI 54913). Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the curtains were originally mailed without a shipping charge and 50% or more of the curtains ordered were returned, the original shipping charge will also be deducted from the return. If you prefer to exchange your curtains for a different style, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, but the new curtains selected will ship for free.
CANADA: If you wish to ship to Canada, we offer a flat rate shipping price of USD$38.95. Large and/or bulky orders may incur an additional shipping charge. Our customer service representative will contact you before processing the shipment to verify the total shipping charge.
ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO: If you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we offer a flat rate shipping price of USD$19.95. Large and/or bulky orders may incur an additional shipping charge. Our customer service representative will contact you before processing the shipment to verify the total shipping charge.
APO ADRESSES: If you wish to ship to an APO address, please give us a call—we're happy to quote you a shipping price. At this time we do not ship to international addresses.
ORDERS: All in-stock merchandise is shipped within two business days; most are filled the next business day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If there will be a delay in filling your order, we'll promptly send you an email letting you know when to expect your item.
CARRIERS: We generally use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the dimensions of the item and the destination. You may find that some items are shipped to you directly from the product manufacturer.
DAMAGE: If you receive a package that has obviously been damaged, or find items within that have been damaged, please save the box and packing material, and give us a call at 1-888-380-1799 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
