SHIPPING CHARGES (Lower 48): Purchase SubTotal: $0 - $29.99 ships for $8.95 $30.00 - $79.99 ships for $11.95 $80.00 - $149.99 ships for $14.95 $150.00+ ships for $17.95
SUBTOTAL CALCULATION: Shipping is calculated on Subtotal amount prior to the application of coupons or gift certificates.
FREE SHIPPING: The price of Free Shipping products reduces the order Subtotal used to calculate shipping charges. If your order contains a combination of Free Shipping products and regular shipping products, you may still have a shipping charge based on your order remaining Subtotal.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
CANADA: If you wish to ship to Canada, we offer a flat rate shipping price of USD$44.95. Large and/or bulky orders may incur an additional shipping charge. Our customer service representative will contact you before processing the shipment to verify the total shipping charge.
ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO: If you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we offer a flat rate shipping price of USD$19.95. Large and/or bulky orders may incur an additional shipping charge. Our customer service representative will contact you before processing the shipment to verify the total shipping charge.
APO ADRESSES: If you wish to ship to an APO address, please give us a call—we're happy to quote you a shipping price. At this time we do not ship to international addresses.
CARRIERS: We generally use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the dimensions of the item and the destination. You may find that some items are shipped to you directly from the product manufacturer.
DAMAGE: If you receive a package that has obviously been damaged, or find items within that have been damaged, please save the box and packing material, and give us a call at 1-888-380-1799 or email us at support@countryvillageshoppe.com. We’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
