We believe so wholeheartedly in the ability of our Ultradurable StainProof Rugs (also listed as Outdoor Rugs) to repel stains that we guaranteed them! Here's how it works: if you stain a StainProof or Outdoor Rug that you purchased from Country Village, and you can't remove the stain after power washing the rug through a soap and rinse cycle at a commercial car wash, we'll replace the rug! Call the Country Village at 888-380-1799 or email us at email@example.com and we'll walk you through the return process (which we've never actually had to do yet because these rugs are so awesome). We actually tested our rugs with dried on nail polish stains—you can see the video here:
PLEASE NOTE: Please take a photo of the stain before and after washing. This will help document the problem for our manufacturer. We will honor our guarantee only if the rug has been washed in a commercial car wash and the stain is still present.
