While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate up-to-date information, occasionally one or more items on our web site may be priced in error. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Country Village Shoppe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will notify you of the price error. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price if you so wish, or cancel that portion of your order.

We are pleased to offer periodic sales and coupon codes on this website and in our retail store. Please note that promotions and coupons cannot be combined unless expressly specified by Country Village Shoppe. Online coupons and promotions may differ from those offered in our retail store. Unless noted, coupon code discounts will apply only to regular priced merchandise. We reserve the right to correct errors in published promotions or coupons.

All in-stock merchandise is shipped within two business days; most are filled the next business day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If there will be a delay in filling your order, we'll promptly send you an email letting you know when to expect your item.

Here's how it works: if you stain a StainProof or Outdoor Rug that you purchased from Country Village, and you can't remove the stain after power washing the rug through a soap and rinse cycle at a commercial car wash, we'll replace the rug!
