ONLINE RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason we will gladly refund your purchase if returned within 30 days from the date the package originally shipped from the store. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please repack your returns carefully—refunds on returns will not be given on items that are damaged due to poor packaging. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the original order included a free shipping promotion, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

To Return Curtains Which Included a Free Shipping Promotion: If your curtains did not work out the way you had hoped, please send them back to our Appleton store (address listed above). Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the curtains were originally mailed without a shipping charge and 50% or more of the curtains ordered were returned, the original shipping charge will also be deducted from the return. If you prefer to exchange your curtains for a different style, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, but the new curtains selected will ship for free.
To Return a Quilt or Quilt Accessories (excluding curtains) Purchased Online: Call the store for specific return instructions. Please note, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning quilts and quilt accessories (excluding curtains), as these items will be returned to a different address than the one noted on our website. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned quilts, bed skirts, or pillows that were purchased online.

IN-STORE RETURNS: We will gladly refund your purchase (excluding florals) if returned within 14 days with a receipt. Special order quilt or quilt accessories returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Florals are non-returnable.
