Country Village Rewards

Country Village Rewards begin December 17, 2018 and end December 31, 2018. For every $100 you spend during that period, you will receive $20 in the form of a coupon to spend in January, 2019.

Here’s how it works. Place one order or ten orders, they will all combine to total your rewards, as long as you use the same email address. On January 1, you will receive an email from us with your reward dollars in the form of a coupon code.  Reward dollars cannot be split among multiple orders, but must be used all at once on a single order.

Here's the fine print: 

COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS:

  • Orders will only combine purchase totals toward your rewards if they use the same email address. Orders placed with different email addresses will not combine toward one total. Unfortunately, we cannot manually adjust this process.

REDEEMING REWARD DOLLARS:

  • To redeem reward dollars, simply enter the coupon code when making your purchase. Reward dollars can be applied to only one order. Any reward dollars not used on your single purchase will expire and cannot be used on another order. 

  • Reward dollars may not be used toward the cost of shipping. Customers will be responsible to cover shipping charges.

RETURNS:

  • If you need to make a full return on items purchased between today and December 31, 2018, and have not used your reward dollars to purchase an item, your reward dollars earned on that purchase will be deactivated and you will receive the full amount on your return. 
  • If you make a partial return, your reward dollars will be adjusted according to the amount of the return. 
  • If you make a return and you have used your reward dollars to purchase an item, your reward dollars will be deducted from the amount of the return.
  • If you make a return on an item that you purchased using reward dollars, please designate an alternate product when placing the return. If no alternate item is requested, your return will be processed and the reward dollars will expire. 

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Please keep in mind this is an online store only promotion at this time. Purchases made in our Appleton, Wisconsin store will not count toward your reward dollars. 
  • Also note, this offer cannot be combined with any other sales or coupon codes. Free shipping on curtains and rugs cannot be combined with this special. 
  • Reward dollars may only be redeemed during the period of January 1, 2019 through January 31, 2019.
