Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand—sometimes it just doesn't work out the way you planned.

Here's what you need to know to make a return:

RETURNS: You have up to 60 days after the date you receive your shipment to return unused, unwashed products. Products must be returned in their original inner packaging or plastic sleeve. Original shipping cost will not be refunded except in the case of product defect or fulfillment error.

Please include a copy of your invoice and mail products back using the carrier of your choice to:

RETURN SHIPPING: With the exception of a return for defective product or a fulfillment error, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

FREE SHIPPING RETURNS: If you received Free Shipping on your order, and you return 50% or more of your order total (with the exception of defective product or fulfillment error returns), the actual cost incurred by Country Village Shoppe to ship your original order will be deducted from your refund total.

BEDDING & RUGS: Returned quilts and rugs incur a 15% Restocking Fee (required from the manufacturer) and are returned to a different address. Please email us at support@countryvillageshoppe.com for special instructions.
