The "rich relative" to Cajun. Similar to Cajun flavor in it's spicy taste, this versatile mix is loaded with sun-dried tomatoes, celery, etc., to give it a unique, rich, full-flavor. Also makes a zippy seasoning on meat, fish and poultry. As a dip, best served with vegetables, tortilla or potato chips. Sensational with onion rings or french fries. Makes several batches. Simply add 1 & 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise with 2 to 3 Tbs. of mix. Makes more than 2 cups of dip.
